What we don't promise
Pest control is biological and conditions vary. We use industry-best IPM practices and follow product labels exactly, but we cannot guarantee zero pest activity at all times. We will identify root causes (sanitation, structural, sourcing) and provide recommendations; addressing them is the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation
Monthly plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel. One-time services may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice; less than 24 hours may incur a trip fee.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for: pre-existing damage discovered during service, damage caused by structural defects, loss of business income, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under California law.
Chemical safety
We use EPA-registered products and follow all label re-entry-interval (REI) directions. Safety Data Sheets for every product we apply are available in your portal under Compliance. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or pets / livestock on-site, notify the technician before any application.
Disputes
We'll work in good faith to resolve any concern. If we can't, disputes are governed by California law and venued in Los Angeles County.
